Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Account Manager at Brick Township Heating & Air Conditioning in Brick, NJ. The Project Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential HVAC replacement projects from start to finish. They will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Present solutions to customers in need of equipment replacement
- Prepare written proposals with options that were discussed with the homeowner
- Track proposals to maintain ongoing customer communication and answer any pending questions or concerns
- Upon acceptance, work with office staff to prepare permits and job folder
- Work with management and customer to schedule the work to be performed
- Assemble job-packets for the installation crews
- Work with installation crew to track job completion, as well as address issues and customer satisfaction
- Be the main point of contact for the customer regarding the account for any questions or concerns
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independent and as part of a team
- Ability to learn computer programs and CRM tools
- Friendly and personable with customers and internal teams
- Strong time management skills and detail-oriented
- General knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred
